A brand new recycled first aid box with 94% less plastic packaging. Now that’s eco-friendly!
94% of the first aid contents of this NEW first aid kit are not wrapped in plastic. In the case of sterile first aid wound dressings, they are supplied in medical grade paper that has been used throughout the healthcare industry for decades.
Because this kit complies with Health and Safety Executive guidelines, you can rest assured that you will be legally compliant. There is no difference between the products used in our standard HSE first aid kits and this new version, just less plastic packaging.
Essentially the box is made from wood shavings, sawdust and processed plastic. E.g. plastic recovered through the processing of supermarket shopping bags blended with wood shavings and sawdust. This composite is then pressed under huge pressure into a mould that forms the new recycled first aid box.
