H&B Logistics is our trusted partner for pallet deliveries to all UK addresses. They have over 30 years of experience shipping goods nationwide and are part of the award-winning Pallet-Track Network. H&B have invested in a green fleet of EURO6 engine trucks to reduce Greater Manchester's carbon footprint.
Orders of less than £45 will incur a charge of £3.99.
The H&B Pallet delivery service is usually next-day, arriving between 10 am - 5 pm on working days. All orders are tracked throughout the shipping process.

Trans-Bridge Freight Services handles our healthcare shipping across Northern Ireland. Their fleet of vehicles is equipped with GPS tracking devices and in-cab communication to maximise flexibility, ensuring your delivery arrives safely.
We ship to many customers in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, although online orders for these destinations are not currently available. The shipping logistics for these areas involve specific complexities around tax calculations, carrier services, and additional costs, making it different from our standard online UK shipping process.

We offer a free and straightforward collection service from our South Manchester warehouse if you prefer to skip the delivery option. Simply opt for collection at checkout and book a time slot by calling 0161 902 3030. We will also confirm when your order will be available for collection over the phone.
For a seamless, contactless collection of your order, please call us from the warehouse car park when you arrive. A member of our team will collect your order and bring it out to your vehicle—you won't even need to get out of your car.
You will receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched via email or SMS. This will include any relevant courier details you may require. You can also check the progress of your order via your online account.
Adding promotions at checkout will not affect your estimated shipping times.
If you have made an error or need to change your shipping address, you can contact us to change your order before dispatch. Sometimes, it may not be possible to edit the shipping address after purchase.
Following dispatch, you may be able to redirect your delivery via the courier directly.
For your healthcare products to be customised, such as own-label goods, we advise that you allow an additional 7 working days for your delivery deadline. Please be aware that if your order includes own-label goods and other items, your whole order will be shipped as one, rather than some items being shipped sooner than others.
Depending on the kind of delivery, you will receive information from your courier upon the despatch of your order. If you are unavailable for your delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to re-arrange delivery or for your parcel to be left in a safe place (where possible).
All claims for shortages of incorrect goods must be made in writing within 7 days.
Steroplast will not be liable to replace goods which arrive damaged until the goods are signed for accordingly and a claim is made within 5 working days of delivery.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund or exchange. Items returned must be unused and in a resaleable condition to:

Returning goods is the responsibility of the buyer. Costs associated with the items' return will be at the buyers' expense, unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged. In this instance, we will arrange to collect the goods or refund the return postage. This is at the discretion of Steroplast and cannot be requested. We recommend sending items you wish to return using a secure, trackable postage method, and you retain your proof of postage. A Return re-stocking fee may apply.
