This is held specifically to allow us to send purchase orders, debit notes and remittance advices. We also store bank details in order to process payments. An individual can at any time demand to be provided with this information. Then have the option to request it to be amended or deleted from our systems. Please note that demand for access may be subject to a small fee which covers our costs in providing this information.
