Gentle Protection for Sensitive Skin

Sensitive skin needs extra care, and that includes when covering up everyday cuts and grazes. Many standard plasters use adhesives that can irritate the skin, sometimes causing itching, dryness, or even blisters. This can be especially troublesome for children, people with allergies, or anyone prone to contact dermatitis.

Steroplast Sensitive Plasters are designed to reduce the risk of irritation while keeping wounds protected. They are hypoallergenic, breathable, and flexible, with a thick cushioned pad that protects the wound without sticking to it. Each plaster is individually wrapped for hygiene, and the adhesive is strong enough to hold in place while remaining gentle on the skin.

For children, allergy-prone individuals, or anyone with sensitive skin, these plasters provide comfort and protection without the worry of unnecessary reactions.

8 Reasons to Choose Steroplast's Sensitive Plasters

Designed for sensitive and allergy-prone skin, including children and those with contact dermatitis
Hypoallergenic adhesive that holds securely while reducing the risk of irritation
Soft, breathable material to allow airflow and support skin comfort
Ultra-flexible strip that moves with the skin, ideal for tricky areas such as between fingers
Thick, cushioned wound pad to protect against knocks and bumps
Non-stick, low-adherent pad for painless removal and to help avoid skin damage
Central wound pad keeps the injury covered, shielding it from dirt and bacteria
Each plaster is individually wrapped for hygiene and convenience

Ideal for anyone with sensitive or allergy-prone skin

These plasters are designed for anyone with sensitive or allergy-prone skin, including young children and people who experience irritation from standard adhesives. They’re particularly suitable for those with contact dermatitis, latex or acrylate allergies, or anyone who regularly needs to cover cuts and grazes but wants to avoid the risk of redness, itching, or blistering.

Because the adhesive is hypoallergenic and the wound pad is cushioned, breathable, and flexible, they’re also a good choice for people who use plasters frequently or in tricky spots like between fingers. Sensitive skin stays comfortable while the wound is protected, making them practical for families, workplaces, and anyone seeking a gentler alternative to everyday plasters.

How to use Sensitive Plasters

  1. Wash and dry your hands before handling the plaster.
  2. Open the wrapper by peeling from the edge or tearing the top.
  3. Gently clean the wound to remove dirt or debris. If something is lodged inside, do not try to remove it yourself—seek medical help.
  4. Rinse the wound under clean running water or with a sterile wound wash.
  5. Position the plaster so the central wound pad sits directly over the cut, then peel back the adhesive and smooth it into place.
  6. Replace with a fresh plaster daily, or sooner if it becomes wet or dirty.
