How to use Vicks VapoRub

Rub-on method
Adults: Rub liberally onto the chest, throat and back, covering the whole area. Leave clothing loose to help with easy inhalation of the vapours, particularly at night.
Children aged 2 years and over: Apply lightly to the chest and back only. Rub in gently and leave clothing loose for easy inhalation.
Inhalation method
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of very hot water that is not boiling. Inhale the vapours for 10 to 15 minutes.
