How to use Savlon Antiseptic Cream

Before applying, always wash your hands. Clean the affected area gently with water and pat dry. Apply a small amount of cream using clean fingers or gauze. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, ears and other sensitive internal areas.

For cuts and grazes

1. Wash your hands before use.
2. Clean the area with clean water and gently pat dry.
3. Apply a small amount of cream to the affected area.
4. Cover with a plaster or non-adherent dressing if needed.
5. Reapply as required.

For minor burns and scalds

1. Cool the burn under cool running water for at least 10 minutes.
2. Pat the area dry carefully.
3. Apply a small amount of cream without rubbing.
4. Leave the area uncovered unless a dressing is needed.
5. Reapply as required.

For shaving cuts

1. Wash your hands before use.
