How does it work?
Physicool cools by drawing heat out of joints and muscles through rapid evaporation. This rapidly reduces pain and provides a faster reduction of swelling which helps speed up healing.

How to apply
- Apply for 1-2 hours, up to 4 times per day
- Remove the knee support from the foil sachet, squeezing out excess coolant to be used later
- Pull knee support up over the knee until it is in a comfortable supporting position
- Keep your knee support exposed to air to allow evaporation
- Recharge with Physicool Coolant when the knee support is dry or after 2 hours use
