TinyG – 9th February

TinyG, the global terrorism information network, kicks off our year of events in Liverpool where the theme for the day will be “Confronting the Invisible Enemy: Insider Threats and State Sponsored Terrorism - Securing the Invisible”. The OSPAS – 19th February

The security sector’s most prestigious awards event of the year celebrating excellence across the industry. I had the privilege of being on the judging panel for this year’s awards and am excited to be attending to cheer on the winners and runners up.

Security TWENTY ST26 - Various dates

Hosted by Professional Security Magazine with events around the UK. A must-attend exhibition for suppliers to the Security Sector to exhibit and meet other suppliers and industry users. Association of Security Consultants (ASC) - 25th February

As an Associate Member of the ASC we are keen to support the ASC at their informative events. From their annual conference, Consec, held in the autumn to their seminars throughout the year you can guarantee some great speakers and great learning.

Their first event of the year will be held at the British Library in London on 25th February titled “Strategic Resilience Technology meets Risk Management” and registration is now open.

WISE-UK (Women in Security-UK) – International Women’s Day event – 5th March 2026

The WISE-UK (Women in Security-UK) network brings together a dedicated community of women from the Security and CT Sectors and their events offer a fantastic opportunity to connect and collaborate with an amazing group in an inclusive community. From International Women’s Day to Pride, Golf Day, informal networking events, focus groups, their events also raise funds to support amazing charities such as Womens Aid and homeless charities. Security & Policing – 10th–12th March 2026

Held in Farnborough, this is the government’s flagship closed security and resilience event. All visitors are subject to Home Office approval. Further details and application link below.

Blue Light Show – 1st–2nd July

Here I will be supporting a customer on their stand and will have some trauma products with me for visitors to have a hands on experience with. The show and conference is aimed at the emergency services, security and CT sector.

The Emergency Services Show – 16th-17th September

Steroplast’s main event of our year has to be The Emergency Services Show, held every year in September at the NEC. This gives us an opportunity to meet up with many existing customers from the ESS sector and make new meaningful connections. This show gets bigger and better each year and it has to be our flagship event. We will be back in September and you can register your interest in the show here.

September will also see Professional Security Magazine’s Women in Security Awards. Now in its 14th year this event has become a key date in the UK security calendar.
