Is collection of products an option?
Of course, you can collect your order if that makes it easier for you. You must advise us when you are placing your order that you wish to collect it. We can then put this on the system and it will be waiting for you on the desired date. To collect an order on the same day, you need to order before 12 noon and advise the sales team.
Can I purchase items directly from your site?
There is currently no facility to buy directly from our website. However there is an option to create a basket of items that you would like us to quote for. This can then be sent directly to us and one of our team will come back to you with pricing information.
Will I be charged VAT on my orders?
Yes, every item will have the standard rate of VAT applied to it, obviously if you are a charity organisation and you have a charity exemption certificate, VAT will not apply.
What type of emergency products do you sell?
We have a comprehensive range of medical products that ensure your needs are all met. These include diagnostics, injection/infusion, airway management, evacuation/immobilisation and trauma.
Do you accept official NHS orders?
We are pleased to be able to accept official NHS Purchase Orders. Please send your order to email@example.com for processing. Please note our standard delivery charge for official NHS purchase orders to UK Mainland addresses is £7.50 (exc. VAT. Orders to non UK Mainland addresses may be subject to different shipping charges and delivery time frames. Please provide a contact email address and telephone number with your purchase order so we can contact you if needed.
Are Steroplast Healthcare’s first aid kits HSE compliant?
Yes, our first aid kits are HSE compliant and abide by health and safety standards to ensure you and your company stay on the right side of the law.
Are your plasters latex free?
No, we have many plaster ranges and some of them do contain latex. However, our hypoallergenic plasters do not contain latex and are perfect for sensitive skin.
How do I know which first aid kit is right for my workplace?
Using our selection chart, first decide if your work environment is low or high hazard then work out how many employees there are in your workplace. Our selection chart should then tell you which of the three sizes of kit you will need.

Where are your sports products supplied to?
We supply products to sports clubs, venues and physiotherapists from grassroots to elite. Steroplast products are proven in team sports, endurance sports and outdoor adventurous activities.
Does Steroplast Healthcare have a MHRA licence?
Steroplast Healthcare is licensed by MHRA to sell pharmacy items and prescription medicines to authorised companies. This means we can supply POM (Prescription Only Medicines) to holders of a valid wholesale dealers license, or on receipt of a POM Authorisation Form signed by a Doctor, registered Nurse (authorised by a Doctor), or a registered Paramedic. PHA (Pharmacy Medicines) are restricted under the supervision of a Pharmacist, and GSL (General Sales List) products are available for general sale.

We’re currently supplying products into business sectors that include dentists, opticians, care homes, GP surgeries, medical centres, schools, nurseries, universities, airlines, offshore, commercial shipping, podiatry, beauty treatments, TV and film and events. We also supply to a selection of niche areas that use or sell medical equipment, disposables and infection control products.
Does Steroplast Healthcare have its own retail stores?
We work with distributors throughout the UK and around the world that sell our products, therefore we don’t have Steroplast Healthcare outlets.

What are the Veterinary products that you provide?
We provide a range of products in the veterinary sector, which include eye and wound wash, conforming, cohesive and adhesive bandages, wound dressings and microporous and adhesive tape.
Does the Veterinary Elastic Adhesive Bandage stick to the animal’s fur?
This product must be used with the Steroban-U Underwrap beneath the adhesive tape as the adhesive will stick to the animal’s fur and be painful to remove. Alternatively, our Steroban Cohesive bandage can be used, that sticks to itself but not the skin.
