Developing airway management skills

This trainer will allow you to expand your knowledge and develop skills that are directly transferable to a clinical setting. Learners can use the lifelike upper torso and head to practice intubation, ventilation and suction techniques as it simulates an adult airway system. The realistic reprensentation of human anatomy, tissue and skin contributes to the human effect which students will compare to a patient.

Laryngeal mask airway and bag-valve-mask ventilation can also be practiced on the model. The Laerdal Airway Management Trainer allows use of all normal maneuvers to maintain an open airway such as head tilt, chin lift, neck lift and jaw thrust.
